Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Damaged or incorrect products

If your candle arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact support@merai.in within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the shipping package, product and label. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Returns

Because candles are consumable fragrance products, used, lit or opened candles cannot be returned for preference-based reasons. Unused products may be considered for return only when approved by our support team. Original packaging must be retained.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests can be made before dispatch by emailing support@merai.in. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Natural variations

Soy wax can show minor frosting, surface variation or changes caused by temperature. These natural characteristics do not necessarily affect the candle’s performance and are not considered damage by themselves.
