Shipping within India

Complimentary shipping is available on prepaid orders across India unless a different offer is clearly stated at checkout. Delivery estimates are calculated according to your location and shown during checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared using the contact details provided with the order.

Address changes and delays

Contact support@merai.in as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Carrier delays, severe weather and regional service restrictions can occasionally affect delivery times.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging before opening it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.
