The oldest scent in India is the first rain reaching warm earth. Cloister sets that mitti accord in still air — a thread of incense, roots of vetiver, the hush of a corridor at night. It is the room our whole house is built around.

If your candle arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before every burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt close to the edges of the vessel. Burn for no longer than 3–4 hours at a time and place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Stop using the candle when approximately 1 cm of wax remains. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children and pets.
